Strugle with CPAP Opções

I’ve only been using CPAP therapy for a couple of weeks. I use a nose pillow with chinstrap to keep my mouth closed. I was able to go 7-10 hours right from the start.

John Logan Brown says: November 29, 2018 at nove:51 pm I love my CPAP. Embrace it as your best friend. I have used that mentality from the beginning. Positive thoughts while ignoring the inconvenience. I wait a while the start over again and in two hours I’m up again. This is the pattern I’m experiencing. I contacted the respiratory therapist today to ask about it. The other issue is I am exhausted when I wake up. It’s almost impossible to make it through the day and I’m even having a tough time writing this email as I am constantly dozing off.
